- Overall, good experience of working with Holiday Mantra
- Pratyusha is prompt and helpful
- Treks, driver and Dharamshala guide were very good. Special mention of the driver, Jagjit Singh, who really helped us all the way through, including picking us up at short notice when our return flight got cancelled.
- Accommodation at both places could have been better for the price. Especially the hotel at Dalhousie, which was average at best (and had some low-grade live music!)
